Planning your visit to Pharma Asia: registration, timings and getting around

Pharma Asia is a trade exhibition for trade and corporate visitors, and it runs for three days, so a little planning goes a long way.

Before you go

1. Register for your E-Pass online at the Pharma Asia registration page.
2. Make a shortlist from the exhibitor list, which gives each company’s hall and stand number.
3. Book meetings in advance with the suppliers that matter most; the busiest stands fill their diaries early.

Finding your way

Exhibitors are spread across Halls 1 to 7 of the Karachi Expo Centre on Main University Road. Laboratory and scientific suppliers are concentrated in Hall 5, machinery in Hall 4, and many Chinese manufacturers in Hall 3. Our hall-by-hall guide has more detail.

Make time for the convention

The International Pharma Convention runs alongside the exhibition. If compliance, exports or digital supply chains are part of your job, the sessions are worth building into your day.
