| APIs, excipients and chemicals | Halls 1, 2 and 3 |

Hall by hall in more detail
- Halls 1 and 2 bring together many of Pakistan’s raw-material importers and distributors, alongside manufacturers and capsule makers — a good starting point for purchasing and supply-chain teams.
- Hall 3 is the largest Chinese presence, mixing API producers with packaging material makers, so buyers can compare ingredients and packaging in one walk.
- Hall 4 is the machinery hall. Ask for line speeds, changeover times and the local service arrangements, and whether a machine can be seen running.
- Hall 5 is where QC managers and laboratory heads will spend most of their time, with instrument and scientific suppliers side by side.
- Hall 6 combines glass and packaging with filtration, cleanroom and barcode standards — useful for anyone working on 2D barcodes or sterile upgrades.
- Hall 7 rounds off the show with capsules, machinery, logistics and printing.
Time-saving tips
- Mark your must-see stands on the list before you arrive and group them by hall.
- Visit the busiest halls in the morning, when aisles are quieter.
- Leave gaps in your plan for unexpected finds — some of the best contacts are made by chance.
The convention and the halls together
The International Pharma Convention runs alongside the exhibition, so it is worth checking the session programme before planning your route. A session on track and trace pairs naturally with a visit to the barcode, printing and inspection suppliers; a talk on sterile production with the cleanroom and filtration stands; a discussion of exports with logistics companies and testing laboratories. Linking what you hear with what you can see on the floor is one of the advantages of an exhibition with a conference attached.
Plan your route
Stand numbers mostly start with the hall’s letter (A for Hall 1 through G for Hall 7), which makes it easy to group visits. The full list with every stand number is on the exhibitors page; see also planning your visit.
